We may collect information from third parties, such as your health service provider or health professionals, such as dentists and sleep consultants.

(b) We are otherwise permitted to disclose the information under the Privacy Act.

We may also disclose your personal information to others, including other health service providers and sleep diagnostic providers where:

  1. We are required or authorized by law to do so;
  2. You may have expressly consented to the disclosure, or the consent may be reasonably inferred from the circumstances or
  3. We are otherwise permitted to disclose the information under the Privacy Act. 

If the ownership or control of all or part of our business changes, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner.

We will use your personal information to offer you products and services we believe may interest you, but we will not do so if you tell us not to. These products and services may be offered by us, our related companies, our other business partners, or our service providers.

SECTION 9 - PAYMENT

We use online payment (e-commerce) gateways to process payments that do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information will not be saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

CI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
