(b) We are otherwise permitted to disclose the information under the Privacy Act.

We may also disclose your personal information to others, including other health service providers and sleep diagnostic providers where:

2. You may have expressly consented to the disclosure, or the consent may be reasonably inferred from the circumstances or
3. We are otherwise permitted to disclose the information under the Privacy Act. 

If the ownership or control of all or part of our business changes, we may transfer your personal information to the new owner.

SECTION 9 - PAYMENT

We use online payment (e-commerce) gateways to process payments that do not store your card data on their servers. Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

CI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
